Developer suspends bold condo project
This appeared in today's Charlotte Observer. The jest of the article is that perhaps this project was to ambitious given that it had such a high concentration of million dollar units.
Further down the page Emma Littlejohn, of the Littlejohn Group, gives a "thumbs up" to the Uptown market. I agree with her. With so many price points and projects to choose from Charlotte's Uptown housing market is still going strong. Charlotte's center city is a great place to call home.

The uptown market seems OK, she said, because some of the largest projects have secured financing and developers are offering a range of prices for a variety of buyers.
